"I'm a mature lady and I was approaching a significant birthday in 2021. In September 2020 I decided to inquire into the Invisalign system to help correct the overcrowding appearance of my front teeth. Charlotte explained the procedure very carefully. She was not only professional but also realistic and very caring. Throughout the whole of the treatment Charlotte and the Gentle Dentle team have been fantastic.
As a result of COVID 19 there were changes in procedures and delays occurred. Everyone continued to be very supportive, frequently asking how the treatment was progressing. The surgery staff always greeted me with a smile and a welcome.
Towards the end of April 2021 the permanent wires were positioned behind the top front teeth. I just remember Charlotte handing me a mirror and me looking at my new smile. It was a moment of freedom.
Embarking on an Invisalign system was a birthday present from me to me.
On my birthday in June 2021 I did raise a glass to all the Gentle Dental team and say a very big 'Thank You'.
