ASSOCIATE DENTIST

Pujan Soni qualified with BDS with merit from University of Wales College of Medicine. He has completed the SAAD programme for Sedation and also a One Year Implantology Programme. He has a keen interest in restorative dentistry, focusing on smile makeovers, and crown and bridgework, as many of his happy patients will testify!

He regularly keeps up to date with latest all the latest techniques by attending multiple training courses throughout the year ensuring you get the best possible care with the latest proven treatments. He regularly invests in the latest equipment and materials, so you get the best possible service.

Pujan’s high standards are met by listening to his patients and providing high quality dental care. He has a calm, friendly approach that patients really enjoy, feel at ease and confident when in his care.

IN HOUSE PERIODONTIC EXPERT

After qualifying as a dentist she continued a 4 year full time post-graduate program in Clinical Periodontology and was awarded with a PhD in Periodontology from a prestigious EFP (European Federation of Periodontology) accredited Periodontology department in Yeditepe University.

She has been working in London since 2017. She is in a post-graduate Masters programme in Periodontology at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute of the University College London.

She has more than 15 years of advanced clinical experience.
Her specialist area of interest is in Treatment of Advanced Gum Diseases, Treatment of Advanced Implant diseases and Aesthetic Gum Surgeries.

Betul is firmly committed to providing the best possible treatments to her patients and is known for gentle and caring approach.

She enjoys family life with 2 kids and a ginger cat.

ASSOCIATE DENTIST

Diego is caring, friendly and easy-going. He endeavors to provide high quality patient care in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with an experience of 20 years in dentistry. Passionate, he is always looking for pushing his skills by attending various courses to gain dental excellence.

After having developed a large experience in cosmetic and restorative dentistry he started in 2008 his training in Implantology through several courses in Italy and Brazil.

In 2019 Diego has completed the Master in Implantology at Cardiff University.

ASSOCIATE DENTIST

Dr Sebastian Sehinson completed his Dental Training at the University College of Cork in 2010 and has continued to expand his professional skills; most recently he completed his fast braces training and has a keen interest in minimally invasive and preventative dentistry.

Outside of work Sebastian enjoys playing the Piano and Guitar and is a regular weekend golfer.

IMPLANT & ORAL SURGEON

Asrar is a dentist with special interest in oral surgery and dental implants. He graduated from BZ University, Pakistan in 1994 and moved to UK in 2002. He works part time in the Oral & Maxillofacial surgery department of District General Hospital, Eastbourne. He has experience of over 20 years in the field of oral surgery. He has been working in the South East region for the last 15 years.

Asrar is a fellow and master of International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). He is a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (FDS) and Faculty of General Dental Practice (FGDP) of The Royal College of Surgeons of England, the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD). He has undertaken extensive training in dental implants and keeps his knowledge up-to-date by regularly attending national and international courses and conferences.

His approach to dentistry is very informal, making your dental experience as comfortable as possible in a relaxed environment. He offers extraction of wisdom teeth and other difficult extractions. He can carry out all dental procedures painlessly and offers IV sedation for the patients anxious about dental treatment.

Out of the practice, Asrar enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He loves listening to music and watching cricket!

ASSOCIATE DENTIST

Roji Joined us in April 2022 and has been working as a general dentist for the past 3 years, he qualified from Hungary.

He enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially getting to know his patients.

His aim is to provide high-quality dentistry in a calm, considerate and relaxing atmosphere with treatments tailored to each individual’s needs.

In His spare time, he likes to spend time with family and friends.

ASSOCIATE DENTIST

Ryad was qualified as a dentist in 2004, then undertook his speciality training in orthodontics at the Royal London Hospital in 2009, where he has obtained the Master of Clinical Dentistry in orthodontics (MClinDent) from Queen Mary University of London, then was awarded the Speciality Membership in Orthodontics (MOrth) by the Royal College of Surgeon of England, in 2019 he was also awarded the fellowship in Dental Surgery (FDS) by the Royal College of Edinburgh.

Currently, he is a consultant in orthodontics at Eastbourne District General Hospital. Ryad is a highly motivated and enthusiastic dentist that works hard to provide an excellent level of patient care. His fields of interest are orthodontics and anterior aesthetic dentistry.

Ryad enjoys cycling and bodybuilding.

ASSOCIATE DENTIST

Dr Mina Messiha qualified from Ain Shams University—one of the top universities in Cairo, Egypt—in 2010 and has worked in private practice ever since.

He moved to the UK in 2015, practising in West Sussex and embarking on intensive postgraduate training across a wide array of disciplines.

Mina has gained certification in implantology from the German Association of Dental Implantologists, a Master’s degree in implantology from the University of Bristol, and a diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Mina has also completed training in sedation and pain management with the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute, and his experience in this area makes him popular among nervous and anxious patients.

He continues to pursue his special interests in implantology, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, sedation and pain management with regular UK based and international training courses and conferences that has seen him travel to the University of California in Los Angeles, the University of Southern California and Dubai, UAE.

Outside the clinic, Mina enjoys spending time with family & friends and is a talented pianist who has been awarded nine certificates from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music London.

Hygienists

PRACTICE MANAGER

Stephanie is our Practice Manager, she joined Eastbourne Gentle Dental in September 2021, she has 15 years of experience in dentistry and has been in management for nearly 5. Stephanie also qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2007.

Stephanie focuses on patient care and satisfactory, she is caring, friendly and is always happy to help. She regularly keeps up to date with the latest courses throughout the year ensuring you get the best possible care and service.

In her free time, Stephanie has a young family so is busy entertaining her 2 children and 3 cats. She also likes to go for long walks, read a good book and socialise with friends and family.
